A. Your coding is out of date, you are not using any document type so browsers will be in Quirks Mode to parse your page(s) which you don't want as you lose control over your layout. Without the XHTML 1.0 Transitional or Strict document type, do not close tags that do not use closing tags like the image tag,
, etc.. If you use that doctype, then close those type tags with a space and a '/': Text Description You have two opening link tags here: The image src has already been pointed out as being wrong. I hope you actually have an image named "candles html.jpeg", but you need to remove… [cont.]

How to change links when I have CSS ?
Q. I have an outside-linked CSS for the page below. I am making a nav at the top, and I don't want the links below the bolded words to be ruled by the css. How do I fix the problem ? I want the "One - Two" to have that style, but not the rest of the links. [ : Thanks! And I can't make the already visited links change colour ? Anybody know why ? Thanks again.

A. In your CSS file, if you do something like: .nav a { color: red; } it will only apply to links in the "nav" section, because you have given that div element a class of "nav". Changing the color of visited links is done with the :visited pseudo-class, e.g.: .nav a:visited { color: green; }

Has anyone had a reaction to the hpv vaccine (gardasil)??
Q. Because I've been having flare ups..like my skin gets itchy and red with bumps and it started in june of 07 when I had my first shot! copy and paste this link below to see what Im talking about. (No its not me)

A. All vaccines do not leave your body. The toxic garbage ends up in your tissues. They generate what is called an interference field in your tissue that prevents the natural flow of energy through the site where you got the vaccine. This promotes disease. The only immunity you get from vaccines is temporary. It is big money for the companies that make the garbage. The benefit you get is not worth the risk and problems you get from getting them. To get a real education on what that whole industry is about and how these vaccines are not what you think, buy the book by Timothy O'Shea called "The Sanctity of Human Blood." It is a very well written and documented book that demonstrates the resistance to vaccinating people is by well… [cont.]

A. If she is into different types of photography and art I'm sure she will really like it. Plus I'm sure she would be really excited to use it once she opens it so you should include a roll of film with it too. :o)

Why isn't anything being said or done about the HPV and Herpes EPIDEMICS in america?
Q. They are the 2 most common STD's. Condoms cannot prevent them. They infect 1/4-1/2 of the population in america, and they are spreading at a rapid rate. Since only skin contact is the primary way for these STD's to be spread around wearing condoms will not be necessary, you will get it anyway. Why isn't our government telling the truth about these dangerous STD's? Why isn't the condom lobby telling the truth? I have read too many sad questions here in the STD's section and I think something needs to be done about this. People NEED to be educated about these diseases, they are an incurable epidemic (and no, not even the so-called HPV vaccine can stop HPV, since there is absolutely no evidence that it can do so, and it is shown to do more… [cont.]

A. i think maybe the government has cut sex ed classes back in order to save money which i think is a big mistake. so many kids are having sex so younge and they don't know what they are doing or getting into. some don't know how stds are spread and what their chances of getting one is. the government has to put sex education back into schools. or at least have someone that they can talk to about it besides their parents, even support groups where they can talk to people that are in the same situation.

Do you think the end of the 70th week in the Book of Daniel could be in 2012?
Q. The Mayan calendar stops in the year 2012. This is also where the HIStory, Our Future Bible studies place the end of the 70th Week of Daniel according to Israel's judgments. It is believed that the Mayan's weren't prophesying with this calendar, but tracking a celestial body some call "Planet-X." How does this connect to Bible prophecy? The Day of the Lord If you have time wathc this it's a hr long.. Venus orbits between the earth and the sun. It is therefore visible (when it can be seen at all) either for a few hours before sunrise or for a few hours after sunset, never throughout the night. This led the ancients to refer to it as both the Morning Star and the Evening Star, thinking they were different stars . From NASA shows the… [cont.]

A. I don't believe this earth is actually physically destroyed. There are too many scriptures that indicate this earth will go on forever. What I do believe is that we will have the "New Earth" right here and it will be Paradise...the Garden of Eden...as if the fall never happened. I have figured this out: In Daniel 12: 11-12 it says: 11 "From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days. I subtracted 1335 from 1290 and got 45. I then took 45 and added it to 1967 (the year the Jews got Jerusalem back (also predicted in prophecy) and got 2012 (Dum de de dum!). It breaks down like… [cont.]

Photo Gallery -- Ugliest Year for the Mustang?
Q. Check out this image gallery of the Mustang -- some not so great years in the looks department.
Asked by Heidi - Sun Aug 26 22:35:11 2007 - - 12 Answers - 0 Comments

A. I don't need to look at any photos -- the 1975 Mustang 'Ghia' notchback with the padded landau roof has to be the most hideous 'Mustang' (and I use the name loosely) ever cobbled together. It was built atop the awful Pinto chassis and was equipped with an anemic four cylinder, weezer engine that would barely propel it out of its own way. The seats were pieces of sh*t, the dash was covered in fake plastic walnut and everything on the car began to self destruct the moment it was chugged off the dealer's lot. It was so bad that when Ford introduced the next generation Mustang (this time based on a (gag) Fairmont chassis) it actually seemed liked a fantastic car. It was really another P.O.S., but was such a far better P.O.S. than the last… [cont.]

Do Right Wing Extremists Undermine the Rights's Pro-Religion Image?
Q. The political right likes to portray itself as the defender of religious values, the nation's religious heritage, and religion per se against the secular liberal onslaught. Gingrich urged the GOP to defend religion's role in American society and history against attacks from liberal judges, academics, and the news media. There have been two attacks in as many weeks in which a right-wing extremist has committed deadly violence in a religiously affiliated setting. What are your thoughts? Asking a straight forward questions does not make me a leftist. That's your incorrect interpretation. This is not a discussion on immigration. Not one credible news agency is reporting the killer as being a card carrying democrat, only the… [cont.]

A. They invoke religion when they are trying to make their point and to coddle the evangelicals but they do not walk the walk. It would seem that they would be happy if they could still burn people at the stake and for that reason I believe our founding fathers had the sense to separate the church and state.
